Hi Tim,
yes, that's an Ophrys tentheredinifera, espontaneous in Portugal and Spain, at least!!! It's one of my favourites. Sorry, but more pictures i just have in paper and in Portugal and meanwhile i'm living in Berlin... But you can check a nice website about what we have there, it's spanish and illustrates all we have in the Iberian Peninsula:
