Is my Tolumnia...backwards?

My Tolum. just bloomed and it's odd. It's 'Genting Orange', but the front of the flower is pure yellow and the back is actually orange and sunset tones and patterned. It seems like the lip is actually backwards?

The flowers don't appear to be malformed, so I'd say you just have one with somewhat unusual color distribution. Tolumnia Genting Orange is extremely variable in color and pattern, sometimes not any shade of yellow or orange at all, and almost any pattern, or solid color with no pattern. Yours is just shy about showing its best feature. The lip would certainly be stunning with that pattern on the front.

i just bloomed a genting orange this summer, and it takes a few days for the orange color to shade the lip, they open a bright yellow, and slowly the orange will develop. mine is now putting out a side-shoot that did the same thing and is slowly turning orange, so i assume it is consistent.
