    Given to me a few weeks ago, the first few flowers are opening. I'll post a pic of the full spike later.

    That is a very interesting outcome for this cross. The shape and color come primarily from the E. adenocaule grandparent, but without the tight cluster of flowers at the end of the spike. Interesting how the striping is enhanced over any of the ancestors.
