Arthur is my kind of kitty! There is truly nothing better than a lazy cat! Well, nothing other than kittens attacking your feet when you are sleeping!

As alternative to a cat in the basket what about cat in an orchid tray???
I was moving orchids around watering and spraying them, so the tray was free for about 5 minutes when
my Arthur found the tray and decided to take a snooze (he probably chose the tray because the pebbles were cool in he is to warm with his thick Scandinavian fur)
Have you heard Jerry Seinfeld's routine about cats? He compares cats and guys and highlights how a trait in a cat is desirable and not desirable in a guy.
Very funny!
Yours obey? What is your secret Al?. I have actually taught one of mine to sit but it defeats the purpose when the other 3 look at me like "get real".

Andrea- your just growing a different kinda Cat-tleya.
Actually Kim I usually obey them. From time to time they come when called....................................If they feel like it. AL
I can't expect mine to answer when I call. I have 4 cats Loki, Swag, Tweedle Dee, and Tweedle Dum. Or as I like to call them Gorgeous, Fatty, Princess, and Trouble (or Beautiful). Not to mention the Tweedles nicknames Dee Dee and Dum Dum , so yeah, I can't blame them when Im the reason they're confused.
I have a cat Kim who's male, big, and that has quite the 'mane' around his neck. He is also a chronic complainer who can talk your head off. His sister is playful, affectionate, and a real nice cat. Between the two of them they help make life fun and interesting...........................AL
