This rain is never ending! I think I am going to start working on my ark and sail away to the sunny land! I have been watering 1/week and still it is probably too often. When you repot you new phal, make sure that is not too deep into your growing mix. I like to see the top roots just at the level of the mix. Also, when the blowing and tipping to get the water out from the crown is too cumbersome I use a tissue folded into wedge. I keep my fan on all the time, and the windows open when above 55 deg. You should have enough air circulation so the leaves move slightly. Aim the van at the wall to disperse the air movement gently, and not directly at the plants. The ceiling fans are great. Mine died after 5 years. Now I need to get a new one and convince my hubby that he can replace it.
BTW, are your kids too going crazy with yet another day indoors?
