That is a pretty Coelogyne !
Beautiful-thx foe the share.
Very nice, Ian. I believe this is the 'minor' season and mine is also putting out a few spikes. The main season is Oct/Nov around Diwali (Deepavali), the Hindu Festival of Light - thus we refer to it as the 'Deepavali Orchid'. Either the weather conditions this year has confused this Coelogyne or it has got its festivals confused .... Thaipusam( in a few days) and Deepavali (Nov) or ..... it has decided to reward you with a bonus for the TLC... hahaha

I did not know that it is called Deepavali orchid. I have recently bought one but has very few pseudobulbs and hopefully it would bloom for me next year.
Pretty Pretty Pretty

Nice.. Much better than mine, now blooming with 1 miserable spike. lol
no worries, they used to put up with more spikes as the grow into bigger clump.
they definitely will, very vigorous grower, will grow in huge clump within a year. mine started off with two bulbs and reached to the size of this clump within a year (the one behind the first pic with the more spikes)
YES. that is what i recalled, Divali orchids from one of your comments a couple years back. but this particular coelo of mine never flower during the year end. this is the third consecutive bloom....every time within January to March.....perhaps a totally confused Coelogyne like what you said...hahahaha
and thanks for all the comments
Pretty!
pretty plant. may i know how you are growing this one?
