Although it is very difficult to say which one of the three Tim mentions above is your plants true ID, by process of elimination we can remove Aloha Iwanaga because of her really dark markings leaving only Grower Ramsey or Sweet Sugar. I am going to guess Sweet Sugar, because of the size of the blooms, but like all oncidiums, each bloom cycle can produce different size blooms. But since it is a 50/50 shot, my best guess is Onc. Sweet Sugar.
