I learned photography from a Nazi Holocaust survivor, Greta Manheim, in the mid-1960's. I set up a darkroom at home in 1968 and did photography from then on. It was black and white in those days for home processing. Did photography for University of Maryland's daily newspaper, The Diamondback, and the yearbook my first 2 years in college. then I moved into film/video study. Worked the first few years of my career in video then as time passed, learned other non-photgraphic skills that serve me today in my job.
