The Pinocchio is cute. I notice that the lower leaves of the other one are almost white. Is that normal?

Good growing. More buds to open too!

I have seen the white looking leaves on other Paphs before. Once a growth flowers on a paph, it is done growing and many times I have seen them eventually die off. I think it is in the stage of dying off.

Harvey is right, this is a 6 growth plant, the oldest 3 growth have bloomed and are on there way out. The other 3 growths are a healthy green.
