LED INFO needed

I have 2 red and blue 10 watt led supplementing my t 12a s I want to replace
the t 12 with a dyi led bar
I was thinking of getting a few 10 watt ether ool white or warm white leds
which would work better
I read that cool white is better for growth and warm white is better for flowering but the info
is for medical herbs not orchids is it the same
which would work better for me
can you give the orchid to much light with leds since there is no heat, ir or uv or is the more the better
I could get 1 5o watt chip but the 10s would spread the light better
the space to be lite is 1 foot x 1 1/2 foot , 2 Vandas a few tiny Dendrobiums and a few small maxalerias
Am other advantage OF USING 10 watt is there 12 volt and I can run them on a car battery if my power goes out usually about 1 week a year on average

Based upon Naoki Takebiashi's research (he's a professor at U of AK, Anchorage, but doing this personally), generally speaking the warm white gives you more "bang for the buck" (photosynthetically active photons per watt) than do cool white chips.

I don't know how much validity I'd put into the "better for flowering/better for growth" thing. Yes, red plays more of a role in blooming, but the difference between warm and cool white chips tends to be in the blue content, as neither offers much red.

I have a 12 volt 60 watt transformer max ( 20 watt min) (it says 11.5 volt 60 watt output even though it is a 12 volt transformer
I ordered 2 10 watt 12 volt chips1 warm and 1 cool) do I need a resistor in the wiring if so what kind
