It is firm in the pot but it didn't have much of a root system and the pseudobulbs were a very shriveled. What I've seen with my other psycopsis is that they grow a spike and when that matures they satrt getting new leaves and bulbs.

I keep looking for a new growth to start but no luck this year yet.
