How to position the orchids on cork

Thank you for sharing. I have a Phalaenopsis that I am considering to mount. My question is should I wait until it produces new roots or I can mount it straight away? Another question, do you recommend mounting different orchid (other than Phalaenopsis) together? The wood is about 30 cm long.

Council to mount when the roots are sufficiently developed in order to guarantee the ability to make a solid anchor and before starting the installation to bathe them to make the most of elastic, in order to prevent risks of breakage.
Personally I never mount of different species orchids, because they have different culture needs.
The size of the cork must not be in proportion to the size of Piantino that is to be mounted, but as an adult.
