Agree all the way. The Miltonia I posted a picture of is in a 4" pot. I'm getting another this weekend and leaving it in the 3' it will be in forever

Thank you Jack. It's just getting too heavy/big for the pot. I wonder if I should just set it down in a bigger pot possibly?

You could do that unless you really need to change the media at the same time.
