Thanks Chris! Have never thought of them as looking like cockroaches. They are pollinated similar to all other orchids by the bees, wasp, flies etc. I saw a program on PBS last week about Darwin's work on orchids and how they pollinate, very interesting indeed! Makes you think twice about spraying for insects because of what they do!
