I think Chris is in the right neighborhood, but he took a left turn when he should have turned right. Myrmecophila used to be part of genus Schomburgkia. This appears to be from the other half of Schomburgkia, the ones that were moved to genus Laelia. Some continue to use Schomburgkia in either case. The very clustered inflorescence and the large bracts are not typical of Myrmecophila.

I would need a better photo showing details of the lip to be at all sure which species. This could perhaps be Laelia (Schomburgkia) splendida, schultzei, superbiens or undulata.
