Lost all leaves

Hello all! So this is my first post....

I have 5 orchid plants and 4 of the 5 are doing great! One of my Phalenopsis has lost all of its leaves but still has healthy looking air roots. Up until last week it had 3 bulbs on it but they wilted before opening/blooming....Not sure whether it is savable? should I fertilize or just leave alone this plant hasn't received any different treatment from the others--same pot and substrate

Looks bad. There is a small chance of a basal keiki. I would suggest you cut off the spikes to help produce a basal keiki. Coming to the potting, you seem to have cache pot. Whats the media that you have used in the inner pot?. Appears to be Sphagnum moss which is not ideal for home growing.

Repot into fresh bark in a transparent pot. chances are less but dont give up as the roots are still green and there is a minimal chance of surprise.

I agree with you. Unless this plant has some history or sentimental value, a replacement Phalaenopsis is easy to come buy at any large box stores.

There is an important lesson to learn regarding the demise of this plant. When it was last watered, water collected at the stem of the plant, it stayed too long, temperature dropped and caused crown rot. This happens to many monopodial plants like Phalaenopsis and Vanda.
