A beauty Zain!
Very nice! Those little spots really accent the white.
Very beautiful! Nice shape.
still beautiful...mine blooming too

Paphiopedilums are one of my favorites, I really like the spotting.
Paphanaticscall it pepperdust.
A beautiful species, perhaps THE most beautiful (paph) in my eyes. I had one once , flowered with 6 flowers a few months after I bought it, but went steadily downhill thereafter. Needs far more warmth than paph growers in cool temperate climates realise or, in my case, admit. E.g. Outside Zains home country it grows on the islands of the Ang Thong archipelago in the Gulf of Thailand, if that is what it is called, quite close (?) to the equator, and at sea level. I went to see it there once, quite a thrilling journey by speedboat ( my wife thought that journey was the best part of our holiday ) from another of the Thailand islands- Koi Samui...happy days.

niveum is on my "must have" list now. Should do well here in the Keys.
Would love if you can share your Paphs here thanks Alice.

I have to agree with you Geoff it's a low land species with the distribution ranging from Northern part of Peninsular Malaysia to Southern Part of Thailand with every locations have their uniqueness but mine from Thailand there are relatively easy to grow and flower here I'm really respected your experience observing the wild species in situ.
