It must be a magnificent plant to grow when you can put it outside. Here in UK we have ro grow it in a greenhouse, and it just gets roo big. I had it, many years ago, and by the time it was up to miltiple growths so as to have several spikes at once, it was outgrowing a 14 inch basket, and getting too heavy to be safe. The large bulbs can easily be several inches apart on the rhizome.
