Hi, this is my first post and it is a question. I just bought an Oeoniella polystachys. It is not in spike yet.

My question is about putting it on one of my trees. I live in Vero Beach, Fl which is zone 10. I am near the Atlantic, but not on the beach. In an article I read, it said that the plant should be brought inside if night temps drop below 45 degrees for several days. That has happen occasionally and the other orchids on trees have done very well. The deep bark seems to shield them. Any suggestions on whether I should or should not mount my new little plant ?

Thanks, davidmck!
