I don't know about Zygos, but put the cymbidiums outside now and feed them bloom food if you have any. I think they need at least 6 weeks to be sure of bloom set, but if you have a garage you can place them in there at night as it should be cooler than the house but not as cold as outside. The main think in your area would be to keep them from getting too dry.
