The green color is just what you are looking for in the roots, it is when that color turns tan that it is telling you to water. As long as the roots don't sit in water you are fine. I would wait another year before repotting as it is getting towards the end of the growing season for most orchids unless you have an issue that just needs to taken care of by repotting, but for now you look ok to me.
