Years ago I came across one of this species at an orchid show. As a lover of freaky, bizarre, and especially hairy plants and flowers, I was immediately captivated. I periodically looked for one, but didn't find one until earlier this year when someone divided their large plant.
I have had this awhile this year and repotted it a couple weeks before leaving on a holiday vacation. When I got back from vacation, this is what I found:

I agree this one is awesome, cool, yet kind of spooky. That's why I like it so much.
