Trouble getting these Dendrobiums to bloom in Satellite Beach FL

Hi John! I'm in Port Orange. Your plants look nice and healthy. Do you fertilize them? I don't have any dendrobiums but my neighbor has one sitting on her porch in a pot facing south and its blooming away over there. I know it can be frustrating waiting for a bloom. Hopefully your patience will be rewarded soon. And I'm sure someone with more knowledge than me will pipe in soon.

Hi Sheryl, Thanks for your reply. I do fertilize with orchid plus 20-14-13... 3 out of 4 times I water them each month.

You say your neighbor's is blooming right now? I think part of the problem for me is not knowing what time of year these guys naturally want to bloom. Do they need a winter rest? Do they need a longer / bigger temperature difference than they get here? These are some of the questions I have been pondering.
