Nice little group. I grow all mine in potting soil, as they are terrestrial orchids. Many people in So. Ca. grow them planted in the ground. Mine are outside all year. I switch to bloom fert in September to initiate spikes for spring. I continue bloom fert until March or spikes - whichever comes first. If they are in loose media, then perhaps you should add some potting soil in to the pots to help retain water. I always use Super Soil potting mix. I still think a couple of days of cool down in the garage - if you have one, would help with the acclimation process....
