Dend. problem

I have a Dend. that looks alot like Andree Millar so I am assuming that it is a hybrid. My question is, it's dropping its bottom leaves on one cane and on the other the top leave is turning slightly yellow. The top leaves on the cane that is dropping leaves has a few brown spots on it. These brown spots have not gone through the leaf. It does have a nice spike with seven flowers left, they have been on there and a few more since I bought it. It does look like it needs better potting medium as it looks like it is mostly charcoal. The roots are very nice and green when I water it and they are growing outside the pot. I know it needs repotting but, will this take care of it or is something else going on? I have sprayed some fungicide because of the brown spots. Can some body tell me if I'm headed in the right direction.

This is a picture of both the flowers and the leaves. If you can see the bottom leaf looks like it is starting to pull down and the spots on the top leaf. The roots look very nice, big and plump. Oh the name that was on the tag is Salaya Fancy.

that leaf is still OK no need to worry.As for the brown spots ,so long as they are dry and not mushy they will not do any harm,but if you are worried about them, you can spray with a fungicide and increase the air movment around the plant.Thats about all that can be done.

Thanks so much Murry, the leaf with the spots on it is good and solid. The spots are not mushy. I feel better now, boy I don't think I worried this much about my kids. :>))
