B. digbyana was one of the orchids that took me from cautiously interested to excited about orchids. i finally gave up on trying to order a BS one, and got a small one when i had to order some other stuff.
i already have a Brass. nodosa, and it seems to like being watered every third day. but it is also in a basket, so it drains quite a lot. i have a Bc. Binosa "Wabash valley," which i am also watering every 3rd day, which seems quite happy with that, even though it is in a plastic pot with bark. (its putting out a spike!!!)
i was planning to use those two as a frame of referance, but then everything i read online said to let it dry out. so i thought i would water it a bit less frequently. but then it got here in a clay pot with bark! and now i have no idea how often to water it...is once a week to rare, or just right? should i repot it in spring, in something different?
thanks!
