I'm with Qing, Mehera. It's totally safe to spray indoors. It has a funky smell, but that fades quickly. It's good against mealies, but you have to dig them out of their hiding places and sometimes spray every few days for a few repeats to get them all. True with any insectiside.
It's an oil though, so take that into consideration. You don't want to get it all over the place, so I stick a pot in the bathtub and spray away. It rinses off with the next shower!
That's also why you want to keep a plant out of direct sun until the oil dries. It will act like a magnifying glass and fry those tender leaves!
