    Default Pet expo

Went to one a couple of weeks ago w/ a friend of mine. Mostly dogs & cats, but they did have a very small section of more "interesting" pets. Sorry the pics aren't better but lighting was rather poor & I didn't want to use a flash -- figured the animals were likely stressed out enough as it was.

Can't remember what type of turtle but the pattern on his head was neat

This gecko was cool [think it was a caldean gecko]. The shar pei of the gecko world. Its head reminded me of the Gorn from Star Trek.

For you frog folks ... was about the size of a large flattened grapefruit

My friend's son was working at for the Rabbit Sanctuary at this show. I wish I knew about it earlier. I would have made my way to Novi...Like I need more pets. I have three cats.

Does the grapefruit have a name Pavel?

And you're just begging me to ask the question:

    What about PEANUT???

We want photographic evidence that our reptilean forum mascot is keeping us all proud with her ferocity in the face of curiousity, and her cold blooded investigatory work.

    We need to know more!

Are you sure that grapefruit guy is a frog and not a toad? I can never remember the rules for telling them apart...
