cool looking blooms! I like the way the roots grasp on the mount.
Very different and lovely! Definitely worth the wait!

Kinda of an itsy bitsy guy, isn't it?
Gee, you "just found" it? Man, I know EXACTLY which plants are in spike and flowering.
Hmmmmm, maybe that is why they take so long to bloom?![]()
that's soo cute! is that as big as the leaf span gets?
I love it, I love it!

Hey, that is nice! Thanks for the side view of the bloom too!
Cheers,

Tindo, I'm just jealous... mine's in spike but I can't imagine having a couple of spikes and a couple of flowers on a spike and..... *sigh*
But to be unlike my pessimistic self, at LEAST I'm getting spikes on my own LOL!!! YAY!!!
Tik, now that I look upon it, I do see the bunny ears. Hehe.
I knew the plant was in spike, its just that I didn't get to see it in the process of opening. So I just sort of found it in bloom.
Are you kidding me! I watch my plants like a hawk. I know exactly who is in spike. Except for my Oncidium 'Sharry Baby' Which managed to grow a 6" spike without me noticing. But now its at 17"! Woo-hoo!!!
Anyway, this little Phal has quickly become one of my favorite of Phals. And to think I started liking Phals only for their moth like flowers. Now I like bunny ears. I don't think the leaf span on this one gets much larger, I've read that the plant becomes decidous in drier conditions, so I'm keeping it in a vivarium to see if it will grow more leaves rather than just replace old ones.
I got this plant in the summer (I can't remember what month though, Tik, do you remember?
Thanks all!
