Possibly Vuylstekeara Linda Isler...
Oh yes! Thank you so very much, mnh3281, that is certainly it!
So at least I was right about one thing, it is one from the Onc. alliance?
Thanks for taking a look, I'm going to tag it right away.
Hi Ellie,
Welcome back around! Yours is in the Onc alliance. A very pretty one too!
McJulie
No problem, glad I could help!![]()
Meredith
Just a side thought, on my part...I have acquired a few of these babies (Vuylstekeara) recently, and I am quite fond of their colorings...this is my most recent: Vuylstekeara Melissa Brianne 'Tawny Tart'

ZOWIE! That is splendiferous, Meredith!
And, that tart's got some serious fangs on her . *hehe*
You're right, the color is fantastic.
I really like how easy-to-grow mine has been, is that a trait?
Not sure where mine came from, or that I'll find many around here,
but I'll be keeping these high on my want list (now that I know what to look for).
*Thanks, Julie, it's good to be back, I hope to be around more regularly now.
They are both so pretty. Meredith, yours looks like it has fairy dust on it!
Katie
Beautiful blooms you both have!
Cheers,

Thanks for the compliments - I couldn't pass up that deep purple color - it looks like velvet! And, I definitely need to take a picture of it in the natural sunlight so the *sparkles* can really be seen! It's a beauty!
Regarding their growth habits, I have found these to be easy to grow, but I'm also happy growing any oncidiums. They just seem to do well in my window sills, and definitely outside in the summers. I like yours alot, though - and definitely need to get myself one of those Linda Isler's!
