Oh yeah, those are fun! Bright colors! Today is very gray and rainy here in Clarksville. The beautiful cattleyas in bloom sure do brighten up the day. I think I will bring one or two inside from the GH today.
Cheers,

What a bright sunny beauty in the dead of winter! Lucky you, and lucky us that you share. Thanks!
Very bright indeed! I especially like the strong contrast in Little Toshie..and a mini to boot...how great is that! (being said by one who has NO SPACE left yet keeps buying more!)
Diane--isn't the catt that you brought back from your trip to RVO kinda similar to these? How's it doing?
It has a new growth, and a sheath, but I am not sure it will bloom, as it seems the wrong season for that particular plant.... Bruce???
I don't think it is the wrong season. We have lots of catts that are in sheath, bud, and bloom right now. I cannot remember which one we gave to you, but if it is in sheath, and is getting plenty of light, I bet it will bloom. If I remember correctly, it was one of the older crosses and that means it has been blooming for us for several years.
Cool. I am so glad it is growing well for you!
Cheers,

Nice bright colours! I like the top one the most.
Do yellows require higher light levels? I have a Blc.Chunyeah, which I expect to be yellow/red.
I really like the Pot. Little Toshie 'Rose' !
