    the photo is looking west from Long Canyon Trail, on the Simi T.O. Border. at the left is westlake village and behind the hills to the right is newberry park.

    p.s. it 'aint the coyotes i worry about, they are kept away by those big overgrown kitties that like to stalk me through the hills

    if you have never spent New Year's in the hills above your hometown (if your hometown has hills) you are missing out, it is amazing, the fireworks going off all over the place, and you can here horns and chears from miles away, and of corse they can hear YOU for miles...

    Awww, those sweet little kitties? We have a bobcat that occaisionaly deigns to come by our little arroyo..
