The one miltonidium (which is half oncidiumOncidiums and Catts are notorious for stair-stepping) backbulb is almost buried completely in the soil.
Maybe it likes to stair-step too? I can tell that each newer pbulb is situated higher than the previous. And the two new growths are barely touching the soil surface. It looks fine now, but i'll have to wait to see if they really does stair-step.
