Phal leaf rash :)

This phal has developed a weird rash -- the texture of the leaf is rough on the top. Well, see for yourself. I thought it might be spider mites -- any other thoughts.

I have not seen that before. It looks like little blisters to me. I would spray the plant and keep it separated from the rest of your collection. Be sure to soak the medium with the spray as well in case something is living down in it.

What would you recommend I spray with. I have Physan and I think some Neem oil on hand . . .

Looks familiar cuz I've had leaves like that too but I have no clue what causes it!

Just a guess , I think it is bug damage, reason is the little pit in the picture with the white stuff in it , I would hit it with Safers insect soap or Neem , wait a couple of days and then use the Physan . shade the plant after using any of it Gin ..

I've seen this too, and I've done as Gin suggested. The damage was stopped but I still don't know what caused it. Good luck.
