Diaca. Chantilly Lace

Ron, I have two seedlings of this plant growing in two in pots and each is about four inches tall. I am looking forward to them flowering but thinking it will probably be years. How big does the plant have to be to bloom?

I had purchased this a few years ago blooming size. The growths are about 7 or 8". It is definitely one of my favorites

I am very disappointed to find that having searched for it on the internet, there doesn't seem to be anything like this available in the UK. It looks like I am going to have to go to the Peterborough show in June after all to see if I can find anything like it.

Is the culture for this bascially the same as it's Cattleya parent? What does the Diacrium bring to it, if anything, cutlure wise?

I culture it just like a Cattleya.
