Well---just to update this post---I found a vendor who sells them and I finally got my little Phal Kuntrarti Rarashati. I met him at an orchid show in Alabama where he had a booth (because I'm so cheap I didn't want to pay for shipping) and because I ended up getting a couple of plants from him he was nice enough to give me this one for next to nothing....
(Good because the plant I missed at that other flower show had at least 10 leaves and 5 or 6 spikes on it for the same price) But at least this way when mine gets that big I can have the satisfaction of knowing I actually grew it!
