Mine is H. carnosa 'Krimson Queen'. Overall a much smaller plant than Clint's at this point. Main difference -- mine has varigated foliage w/ new foliage having reddish/pink blushes/highlights.

Btw, Clint, just in case you didn't know ... don't cut off the "spike"/node. After blooming, it will later bloom again from the same area/node.
