Hmm... me thinks I'm glad I've started making spreadsheets with data from my 15 (soon-to-be-19) orchids... I list colors, bloom dates, purchase dates, repot dates, if it's fragrant... I should put size on it, too... And then I have another sheet for marking down watering info... Maybe I'll start adding date of last growth, too. :rotflmao:

Obviously, some of this info would be harder to track once my collection grows over a certain size.

I am sorry I didn't start that from the beginning. I store my pics on Photobucket.com and put the address of the photo also to my records. As your collection grows, you may want to have growing conditions (cool, intermediate, warm ect. and any rest periods needed and light level required for the species.

I started an orchid database but I lack any in depth knowledge about that particular piece of software so it mostly just drives me nuts
