    Default Catt's ? Flower?

    I have some Catt's in flower now and some that are sending up "shoots" as are in the attached pics....but no flower spikes. They just are green for a time then turn brown. They are only on the new growth. So my question is, "What are they and why no flower?" My other question is about Paph's. I get a flower spike and it elongates and then turns brown and never opens...so what am I doing wrong? Water? Temperature? Light? What?????
