Just in case you were wondering what had happened to my orchid collection, well fear not, my Paphs are still the mainstay of the collection. So here are a couple in flower.
1. Paphiopedilum tonsum - first flowering for me and the more the flower ages the more I love it. There is something regal about the flower, maybe it's the shape of the dorsal.
2. Paphiopedilum tonsum x Radiant Tiger - I'm actually not sure what Radiant Tiger looks like or what it's parentage is, but it does look as though it has given a fair bit of something to the cross.
Cheers,
pop

Paph hainanense was a rescue 'chid from one of the home imp stores. Poor little thing tried so hard to survive, but just couldn't hold on. It had been so terribly abused, If plants have an after life I know it's in a happy place now.
