A very interesting leafless epiphyte native to northern Argentina and southeast Brazil. Seems to prefer much drier conditions...

The flowers are VERY minute, much smaller than any of my Platystele or Schoenorchis paniculata. The photo is at 10 magnification, and even still it was VERY hard to get a decent shot (actually, wrasslin' a gator would prove MUCH easier!). This was the best I could do...
