Thanks for the advice Jason, I will keep this plant as it is for now. There will be 3 clumps together when those 2 smaller ones on the other side will produce their own shoots. They are not part of the bigger clump. Their mother plant died and they came out when I pulled the dead plant out of the pot. Each had only one stub of a root and because I don't know much about Phap and I didn't had a ready medium to use at that time, I stuck them back into the pot. Well, they survive and now doing fine. But if I still don't get flower next season, I will consider repotting. I may need advice again on how to do it, what kind of medium to use, etc. I hope I don't get kick out for asking too much.
