Broken Leaves

an elderly man was arrested for going door to door trying to sell a used patio set...mumbling something about replacing a kitten or cat??! Pending further investagation he was placed in a safer inviroment and is being observed closly.

lol We love our neighbors here.....most of them go north 6 months of the year. Makes for a quiet neighborhood.

Ouch, I feel your pain.

However, catts are built for this kind of abuse. Damaged, frayed, split leaves dont bother them.
Just make sure to treat the wounded edges with cinnamon or your favorite treatment and keep the leaves dry for a bit to let the wounds close.
They may look a bit unsightly for now but the leaves will still function. And eventually will be replaced as new p-bulbs sprout.
