even the uper pichers of n,ventricosa 1 is small and the outher is big slowly getting red lips

being new to orchids, i have never seen anything like these. the birthday present in amazing. how long are the pitchers? what is the culture for these plants? thanks.
Nepenthes are great plants to grow next to your orchids as they eat buggies! Next to geckos they eat a ton of bugs. They are bog plants so they need to stay pretty wet most of the time and they need alot of humidity.
I have one of the Alata type I think and soon plan on adding to the collection. I found a website that has them pretty inexpensive. I'm hoping they'll be decent sized.

about the pichers size:
well thers plants like the n, ampularia wich have verry small pichers 1-3 cm long(0.5-1 inch) and some can hold 2 liters of water in it(0.5 galon)like the n,raja

n - truncata getting biger and bigger
n - viking,,,allmost extint from nature in the last tsunamy(growing neer the see shore)
called n,viking cause the pittchers looks like the viking war ships
