I was pissed off at the Stellers-Ravens game not being televised live here, unlike the Philadelphia - Arizona game, so I had to contend with the updates at CNNSI.

Yup, by serendipity, I stumbled on this thread. Hahaha.

Thank you, everyone.
It was a very tumultuous year, but interesting nonetheless. All monkey people are supposed to have an excellent year ahead.

But, what a hoot it is, with everyone greeting me.
Since I am on the average, 12 hours ahead of most of you, (except bench72, who is 2 hours ahead of me), let me tell you about the most amazing thing that's happened at dinner.

A friend treated me out, and we were both so surprised: I get to have dinner for free. I gluttoned out, folks. I went to the steak table twice. The staff sang "Happy Birthday", and presented me with the house cake, which we took home, because we were so full.

Hope it's not too late to wish you happy birthday. Sounds like a great dinner, too, although I always get super embarrassed when all the staff sing happy birthday at restaurants. Here's to many more of them!
