I wouldn't be so worried about the coming summer - my paphs do fine and my apartment can still be distinguished from a greenhouse (just barely, but still).

We aren't that far apart really and I don't get down to 25% much. I think 30s in winter with the computer on but if anything, summer is easier. Though I do try to dry extra laundry to get the humidity up sometimes. In any case, the paphs are the easiest for me - no complaints from them so far, which I can't say for some of the others.
