What's funny is my late Mom asked me if it was a statue. LOL Not hardly!!! I told her that we were in the Everglades. They don't need statues of gators there.![]()
Thanks. I think it only looks like a croc because of the angle, which is making the snout look narrower than it was. This was definitely a gator.
eaglssong, NOTHING! D:! I need to get to work on that moat. Send me the gator when it's done? lol
And then, there are these beasties. This one was in the tree outside my neighbor's window (2nd floor). They are taking over South Florida. Looks quite different from the Iguanas I saw in Costa Rica though.
This one was about six feet, from his nose, to the tip of his tail.

Great photos Anne! my friend had a iguana as a pet and I woke up one morning staying with her to find Iggy staring me in the face I freaked my friend came running in thinking something awful had happened and there was me face to face with her pet LOL
