the words vanda and blue in the tag line sucked me in--and I wasn't disappointed. That is a lovely flower. I like the dark lip that matches the tessellations. Very nice!

What a beauty when I can talk my hubby into it, I will get a vanda but I need him to put a hook up in a south window for me.

    Thanks, guys!
Carrie, good luck! I am sure you can do it! After you mention it a few times per hour (very nicely) he will get to a poit when he doesn't want to hear it anymore and he'll do it for you! I used to say "I'll call someone else to come by and do it..." And it worked... After 15 years doesn't seem to work that way anymore! LOL

Blue Vandas are always nice to look at and good growers and this is no exception. I just tried to research the name.....nothing. The nearest I came to which I have seen advertised is V. Taylor Blue.
Doesn't matter what way you spell Taylor or add the Blue, nothing registers as to the parents. This one was on my look for list now I'm confused as to what to look for.

Roy, I had a hard time finding its parents too. I posted on a previous post that the correct spelling is Tailor Blue (the tag is misspelled). Is cross between vanda Manuvadee (vanda Ponpimol x vanda coerulea) x vanda coerulea.

Margo, the cross you quote is RHS registered as V. Laura Lynn House.
