    Beautiful! I have always liked the Habenaria. Never tried one though -- they generally are not common at shows (which is where I do most of my shopping) and I understand that they can be very difficult if you don't happen to have the right conditions.

    and for navyderek

    the bloom is shriveling now and when it´s gone begins the winterrest.
    November - March . You take the tuber on the substrate in this time and so you have a look for shriveling the tuber . from time to time spraying so it not shrivel .From March to April ,when the tuber begins to live you should it damp and bespread with substrate.
    The shoot is mature in August - September and the bloom is in it.
    And than , after bloom , you take it drier and the leaves begin to shrivel .
    In your pot is the new tuber for next year or when you have luck two tubers .
    The substrate is best from cactussubstrate without fertilizer and mix it with seramis or Perlite .In the growing time , moist and fertilizer .
    here is a shot from today ,(the plant is blooming for ca. 3 -4 weeks ) you can see the whole plant and have a look to the substrate mix
