Hey Jordan. Yes it has a nice fragrance but because they are common here they are not that expensive and hopefully the same there in NZ, you'll be alright![]()

Definitely Unchained Melody then and mine is Memoria W. Micholitz as the spikes emerge from in between the leavesThe spikes emerge from the side of the bulb Lars.
I had seen coelogyne m. w. micholitz once in an orchid shop and it's also a beauty. Large flowers and I thought it was a c. mooreana which i have but turned out to be a cross between a c. mooreana and c lawrenceana which is also in my hunt list![]()
Excellant!
oh you dont want to know-,omeys not an obstical when it comes to orchids-its the space and obsessive talking about them lol. i can prob get one through diane at the society, she grows lots of coelogeny sp. and lycaste etc...
oops spelt it wrong
I love it ... even the name of it sounds so romantic. Is it scented? I wonder what the parents are?
I've got three native Philippine species, Coel. Asperata, Coel. Merillii and Coel. Pandurata, where the last two are heavily scented but none in flower yet.
Whoops! Made a mistake! I should have read better and saw that it is a cross between flaccida and cristata and that it has fragrance too!
Great bloom! love itthanks for sharing
